We rose late and went to the Market Place for breakfast, watching columns of troops march to the battlefield for what would hopefully be the final conflict with the Akari. Deciding that the fate of the world could be decided quite adequately without a couple of pirates in the mix, we went back and struck camp to sail on the afternoon tide.

As we prepared to leave, the demons finally seemed to be getting the hiding they justly deserved. We shall drop Lugus off at port, and hopefully me and my old friend will meet up again at moots and the Gathering next year. Maybe then we'll get the Militia promotions we were promised!
